Orange County Indian Fusion Wedding at Hangar 21
Sukhmani & Michael
Sukhmani and Michael’s wedding was a refined Indian fusion celebration that blended cultural tradition with bold, modern storytelling. Their ceremony and reception culminated at Hangar 21, creating a striking backdrop for a luxury fusion wedding in Los Angeles.
As the planner and designer, RaniRaja Weddings led full-service wedding planning and event design, guiding every element from logistics and timelines to visual cohesion and guest experience. Known for our work as fusion wedding specialists, our focus was on honoring both partners’ cultures while creating moments that felt intentional, personal, and seamlessly executed.
One of the most memorable moments of the evening was the couple’s reception entrance by helicopter, a dramatic arrival that set the tone for a high-energy celebration. The entrance was carefully coordinated to integrate smoothly into the event flow while delivering a true “wow” moment for guests.
Sukhmani wore ceremony attire by Chamee and Palak, followed by a reception look by Seema Gujral that brought a fashion-forward edge to the evening. Bridal beauty by Nida Gazi highlighted Sukhmani’s natural elegance and translated beautifully across events. Intricate mehndi by Vaishali Bella added traditional artistry and meaningful detail throughout the celebration.
Floral and décor design was created in partnership with Roses & Rangoli, blending rich color, layered texture, and intentional scale to complement the industrial architecture of Hangar 21. Together, we curated a design that softened the space while maintaining a bold, contemporary feel—supporting guest flow, photography, and immersive moments throughout the night.
Music and entertainment played a deeply personal role in the reception. In addition to entertainment by Dhamaka Entertainment, the groom stepped behind the DJ booth to mix hip-hop tracks inspired by the cities he has lived in, creating a custom musical journey that reflected his personal story and added a unique fusion element to the celebration.
Cuisine by Manohar's Delhi Palace reflected the couple’s cultural roots, anchoring the experience with familiar flavors reimagined for a modern wedding setting.
Photography by Porterhouse Los Angeles captured the celebration with a clean, modern eye—preserving both the scale of the design and the intimacy of the moments shared.
This Los Angeles Indian fusion wedding reflects RaniRaja Weddings’ approach to luxury multicultural wedding planning and design: culturally fluent, visually intentional, and thoughtfully executed so couples can remain fully present while their story unfolds in unforgettable ways.
