As the planner and designer, RaniRaja Weddings led full-service wedding planning and event design, overseeing logistics, timelines, and guest flow across the entire celebration. From managing the high-energy baraat to pacing the ceremony and evening events, our team ensured each moment transitioned seamlessly—allowing the couple and their families to stay present while we handled the details behind the scenes.

Design was inspired by the natural beauty of the Los Willows estate. A soft palette of peach, cream, and green complemented the garden setting, while layered florals, chiffon draping, and a crystal chandelier added warmth and dimension. The mandap was designed to feel open and airy beneath the trees, creating an intimate ceremony space that photographed beautifully from every angle.

The ceremony lawn provided a private, serene backdrop for the pheras, while evening lighting transformed the space for nighttime celebrations. Los Willows’ layout supported easy guest navigation and offered a variety of portrait locations, including tree-lined paths, terraces, and the venue’s signature illuminated drive.

Photography and cinematography by Bogdan Weddings captured the weekend with a clean, editorial approach—balancing movement, emotion, and architectural detail. Bridal beauty by Surely Beautiful was timeless and camera-ready from day to night, while intricate mehndi by Neha Assar added detailed artistry for close-up moments. Traditional sari styling by Frontier Heritage completed the look with precision.

Guest experience remained a priority throughout the weekend. Entertainment by DJ George Washington and Karan Grewal kept the dance floor energized, while catering by Raja Mittal and Hanna Biikho anchored each event. Florals by Deeptis Florals, a lively experience from Hidden Gem Photo Booth, transportation by Stryder Transportation, and ceremony guidance from Pandit Manuj Dutt completed a seamless, collaborative vendor team.
